Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction and accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Acceptable Reasons for Return:
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is damaged, leaking, or tampered with, inform us within __ Days and share an unboxing video and images as proof.
  • Wrong Product or Quantity: If you received an incorrect item or quantity, notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Unacceptable Reasons for Return:
  • Requests made after 7 Days of receiving the product.
  • Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or seal broken
  • Returns for reasons other than product damage or wrong item received.

Before sending any returns, please contact our team with your order number, invoice, and reason for return. Once verified, we’ll confirm whether your return request has been approved.

All products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • The shipping address provided was incorrect.
  • You fail to comply with this policy.

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The ordered item is out of stock or unavailable.
  • The shipping address is not serviceable.
  • The returned item passes inspection and qualifies for refund.
  • You made a duplicate payment by mistake.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched. If shipped, the product may be returned at your expense, and a refund will be issued after deducting shipping and handling charges, once we receive and inspect the item.
